Would require insurance coverage of breast ultrasounds following a notification of dense breast tissue. This legislation was advanced by the Senate Health Committee and now remains pending in the Senate and Assembly Insurance Committees.

Would require insurance coverage of annual
ovarian cancer screening for patients that are at high-risk of developing ovarian cancer. This legislation remains pending in the Senate and Assembly Insurance Committees

Would allow physician assistants to independently perform fluoroscopy. This legislation did not advance during the 2023 legislative session and remains pending in the Senate Health Committee.
